Do you have 3 years of experience working with people with an ID/DD diagnosis. Do you have a year of management experience in OPWDD services? Our Evening Supervisors welcome and train new employees at our homes, where we support adults with developmental disabilities. Come work for a mission driven organization and help cultivate our values across Saratoga Bridges. Do you have what it takes for this role?
This employee completes shadow training with new employees. They provide coaching observations and serve as a mentor to staff. They work with our management teams on a variety of tasks such as conducting fire drills, administering medications, or preparing meals. This person ensures adequate staffing and has on-call responsibilities.
This is a 36-hours a week position. The schedule is a Sunday through Wednesday evening schedule or a Wednesday through Saturday evening schedule. The starting payrate for this position is $26.00 per hour.

To Be Eligible, You Will Need
- High school diploma/GED, bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License
