What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening ID/DD Home Supervisor (OPWDD experience preferred) position at Saratoga Bridges?

Our Evening Supervisors welcome and train new employees at our homes, where we support adults with developmental disabilities. This employee completes shadow training with new employees. They provide coaching observations and serve as a mentor to staff. They work with our management teams on a variety of tasks such as conducting fire drills, administering medications, or preparing meals. This person ensures adequate staffing and has on-call responsibilities.
This is a 36-hours a week position. The schedule is a Sunday through Wednesday evening schedule or a Wednesday through Saturday evening schedule. The starting payrate for this position is $26.00 per hour.
To be eligible, you will need:
- High school diploma/GED, bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License
