Your Role:
Our successful Morton’s Host promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Seat guests by escorting them to a table in appropriate sequence.
- Check coats, hats, packages in secured area.
- Check and maintain washrooms, lobby and lounge for cleanliness.
- Manage a waiting list and seating chart when necessary.
- Takes accurate reservations and phone messages.
- Seeks management approval on reservations.
- Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
