Your Role:
Our successful Morton’s Pantry Worker promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Culinary/kitchen experience preferred.
- Sets up line for efficient flow (per Executive Chef’s direction).
- Prepares salad dressing and sauces to standard recipe.
- Prepares lettuce by washing, spinning and portioning.
- Cooks menu items (appetizer orders).
- Prepares and cooks soufflés to standard.
- Assembles soups and salads to specs.
- Completes prep work to established build-to’s, before meal periods.
- Plates desserts, garnishing items ordered, maintains quality of desserts, breaks down dessert tray, store correctly.
- Properly wraps/stores/dates/rotates perishable items.
- Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
