Job Summary:
Saratoga Cleaners is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This front-end team member will assist customers at the dry-cleaning counter with dropping off and picking up orders, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Schedule:
Full-time, Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00am – 3:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform dry cleaning counter duties, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Check in customer orders (laundry items) and tag garments with ID tags.
· Process customer orders at checkout, including cashier duties and handling payments.
· Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
· Perform general office tasks, including customer calls and basic Microsoft Office functions.
· Coordinate with production staff to effectively communicate customer requests and special instructions.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
· Previous experience handling transactions and payments.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
