Job Summary:
The Program Manager – Respite Care Services will oversee and manage respite care programs, ensuring high-quality support for military families, special needs individuals, and behavioral health clients. This role involves program administration, case management, and collaboration with military and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional respite care services.
Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related healthcare field with 5 years of military respite care experience. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of respite care management experience.

Experience:
- 10 years of experience providing support services and program administration in respite care.
- 10 years of experience working with military families and Army programs (within the last 5 years).
- 10 years of case management experience (within the last 5 years) working with military special needs and/or behavioral health clients.

Training:
- Must have completed training on respite care, determining appropriate support for children with disabilities, and addressing exceptional needs of military families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Administration: Oversee the implementation and administration of respite care support services.
- Case Management: Provide case management services to military families, individuals with special needs, and behavioral health clients.
- Military Family Support: Work directly with military families and Army programs, ensuring compliance with their unique needs.
- Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members complete training on respite care, disability support, and military family needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals, military organizations, and caregivers to enhance respite care services.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
