Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Scientific Program Manager in Rockville, MD. This position provides critical support to the scientific programs, focusing on advancing research in infectious and immune-mediated diseases through the application of cutting-edge genomics and bioinformatics technologies. This is a full-time role, offering a 40-hour work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent required.
- 15 years of technical and specialized experience in genomics and bioinformatics technologies and platforms.
- Proven experience in applying technology to advance research in infectious and immune-mediated diseases.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in scientific program management and policy development.
- Expertise in coordinating workshops, analyzing scientific IT programs, and proposing new initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with international institutions and manage large-scale scientific programs.
