Job Description
You will be the first point of contact with our clients and their questions related to purchases in store and via phone.
We expect you to perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral and written communication. Research and respond to customer inquiries in person, phone and via e-mail in a timely matter.
Professional Required Skills:
- Outstanding organizational skills and able to multitask.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail customer service role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends with flexible hours (some weekends required)
· Ability to lead and motivate others interest in fashion is strongly preferred
· Pride in your appearance and being a team member of Saratoga Saddlery
· Capture client information, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales
· Act as ambassador for Saratoga Saddlery and represent our brands during first client contact
· Support the team with operational tasks
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
· Support boutique our team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
