Key Responsibilities:
As the Executive Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, SFA staff, and the public. In addition, you will provide project management and support for engagement and advocacy activities involving the CEO, support projects and programs managed by the Research Department, and partner with the Director of Operations to maintain office policies and project management.
Other duties may include other operations tasks as assigned. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills are essential.
