The Importance of the Role
The Analytical Development co-op offers students a comprehensive overview of analytical operations, with a particular focus on data generated from various assays. This program addresses the current challenges encountered during data acquisition, analysis, and presentation within the analytical development team. The co-op will gain hands-on experience in developing innovative approaches to enhance existing data strategies. Additionally, this role provides a unique opportunity for the co-op to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals from various backgrounds.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled co-op student to assist with automating data analysis, trending, graphing, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, programming, and statistical analysis. This position will not only allow the candidate to apply their technical skills but also to contribute to the advancement of our analytical methodologies.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 7th, 2025, and conclude on December 19th, 2025. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program.

- Develop and implement automated processes for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Create and maintain data trending models to identify patterns and insights.
- Design and generate graphs, charts, and other visual representations of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Document processes and methodologies for future reference and training.
- Pursuing a master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
