The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- In conjunction with finance provide oversight of tech ops budget for GT and RNA.
- Manage cross-functional (legal, quality, regulatory, finance, tech-ops) review and approval of supply, development, and other key agreements and contracts for Sarepta’s various programs.
- Work closely with contract manufacturing organizations to ensure contract negotiations move forward according to established timelines.
- Identify and communicate key contract terms and milestones to senior department.
- Harmonize business terms across an ever-increasing portfolio of product agreements to ensure Sarepta-favorable terms, ensure supply, and limit unnecessary spending.
- Coordinate departmental budget preparation with FP&A and stakeholders. Ensure budget owners and other stakeholders track adherence to budget.
- Ability to transfer financial reports/targets into business actions.
- Support technical business owners for business operations process guidance and optimization.
- System integration/data sharing experience preferred.
- Ability to articulate strategic value to cross functional stakeholders.
- Occasional travel, as needed.
More about You
- BSc. /BEng. with a minimum of 10 years of direct biotech/pharma or related consulting experience
- Familiarity with biotech manufacturing cycle times, constraints, product expiry and inventory management concepts
- Strong Experience with analytical, planning, and project management tools
- Advance experience with Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with highly technically focused teams.
- History of success coordinating complex projects
- Consulting background preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail

The targeted salary range for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sarepta Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation and benefit package.
