Job Description
This role will be responsible for interviewing prospective residents, recording information, and discussing the features and benefits of our community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
The duties of this position include:
- Interviewing prospective residents and gathering information to determine their needs and qualifications
- Accompanying prospects to model apartments and discussing the size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and terms of lease
- Qualifying prospective residents, verifying applications, and updating records as necessary
- Completing lease forms or agreements and collecting rental deposits and application fees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training
- The ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to work well on a team
- The ability to work weekends
