We are looking to hire an ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Answering service calls and other phone inquiries
• Job setup/closeout
• Assist with prebid preparation paperwork
• Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, drawings, permits, correspondences, and photos
• Facilitate communication between project team members
• Schedule meetings
• Provide general administrative support to the team including data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Assume any additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Sargent Electric Management

• Friendly demeanor, professional and businesslike dress and attitude
• Excellent written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals
• Ability to multi-task and to complete work assignments with interruptions
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate advanced level proficiency in Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word)
  
  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS diploma or equivalent
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the contracting construction industry
