We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our Nuclear Power Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of innovative nuclear power systems.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of nuclear power systems, including low and medium voltage distribution systems, transformers, generators, motors, relays, and other electrical equipment. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of nuclear power systems
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement project scope, cost estimates, and schedules
- Provide technical oversight and supervision for all electrical engineering activities
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program, at least 10 years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants, and a strong track record of leading engineering design groups through all phases of a project design.
