Sargent's Equipment & Repair Service always provides the highest level of service expertise. Our factory trained technicians are exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. Specializing in the scrap, recycling and demolition industries, we work with customers within the Midwest Region across the nation.

Description:
* Preform cleaning services through high/non traffic yard areas.
* Mopping, changing garbage containers, vacuuming, wiping areas down
* Light Maintenance tasks throughout property.
* Running errands
* Maintaining the grounds throughout the seasons
Requirements:
* Valid Driver’s License
* Organized
* Attentive/ Managing your time fully
* Experience in this field
* Positive attitude
* High attention to detail
* Self-motivated, while working independently
* Knowledge of utilizing Pressure washer machine
Education and Experience:
* Diploma or equivalent
* 2-3 years’ experience preferred
* Landscaping experience preferred
