The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading the Product Management team and executing marketing strategies and programs to ensure maximum sales and profitability across the Cardio Partners portfolio. This position has direct responsibility for portfolio management inclusive of products, services and technologies, new product launches and pipeline management, strategic supplier relations, and sales force marketing support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all strategic and day-to-day marketing activities with an emphasis on performance improvement, productivity, top and bottom-line growth, utilizing teamwork and collaboration skills at all levels
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans that directly support the long-range strategies and annual objectives of the company
- An ability to lead and develop a product management team that excels in managing the full portfolio including the product lifecycle for products and technology offerings
- Drive organizational capability by building a highly committed and capable management team, coaching and mentoring incumbents and/or bringing in additional talent as needed
- Provide employees with the authority, accountability, training, information and resources to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure the accurate tracking and management of revenue, COGS, and marketing spend
- Collaborate with new product development and private label teams on Sourcing initiatives, private label and alternate source vendor capabilities to improve margin performance
- Instill and develop well defined processes and metrics throughout the marketing organization to help increase productivity and customer satisfaction while concurrently minimizing costs
- Coach team on analyzing various sales and market data and voice-of-customer intelligence to enhance brand positioning and identify new portfolio and channel expansion opportunities
- Oversee Channel Marketing Manager and functions, including ensuring messaging consistency across marketing and sales outlets and promotional program management
Skills/Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of product/category/brand marketing management experience
- A track record of successfully launching and maintaining a best-in-class product portfolio, with experience in medical products, software, and technology services an added bonus
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to plan and forecast product demand
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record of building and sustaining high performing teams
- Strategic mindset with ability to lead day-to-day issues
- Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes that are mutually advantageous to Company, supplier and customer
- Demonstrated experience with leading teams who have responsibility for product/category management, positioning, customer segmentation, pricing and communication strategies
- Understanding of new product launch processes and/or rebranding coupled with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional project management skills with a detail orientation
