What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOLT - Building Operations Leadership Team (internal only) position at Sartell-St. Stephen School District?
- Meet monthly outside of the school day (before or after school)
- Work with grade level, departments, and site-based administrators on the facilitation of the following:
- Serve as a communication link between grade level or departments and administration
- Provide written documentation of meetings to the building staff (electronic)
- Provide site-based input and leadership in the areas of academic/teacher scheduling, handbook creation, conference scheduling, school protocols, etc.
- Bring concerns to the team and administration in a timely manner with the intent of finding solutions to the concerns prior to them becoming larger in scope.
- Serve as members of the school and district safety committee.
- Meet monthly with the grade level or department(s)
- Attend District operational meetings as needed
