As the Spare Parts Specialist, you must be highly organized and focused on providing excellent customer service. You will work with our local & global spare part management teams, adhere to deadlines, ensure efficient and reliable data management, while collaborating with various teams to support operational continuity and process improvements.
Our Spare Parts Management Team has an excellent opportunity for a Spare Parts Data and Systems Specialist to join the team at our Bohemia, NY site.
This hybrid position works Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (remote two days).
What you will accomplish together with us :
- Maintenance and optimization of our spare parts master data.
- Enable data quality and operational performance evaluation with reports and visualizations.
- Implement suitable and appropriate measures to realize the potential for improvement.
- Creating relevant reports and visualization for measuring data quality and operational performance.
- Initiate, align, and follow up on process improvements and standardization around spare parts and their periphery.
- Lead projects regarding data management, spare parts processes, and integrations.
- Act as a business partner regarding data management.
- Travel approximately 20% domestically and / or internationally.
