Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- You will support the team by analyzing vendor performance data and preparing corresponding reports
- You will take over for coordinating and maintaining communication with vendors regarding project deadlines and deliverables
- You will be responsible for conducting research on potential vendors and market trends to support sourcing strategies
- Contribute to process improvements within the department by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- You will support end users in the allocation and management of licenses and ensure proper allocation
- You are an enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a major in computer science, information technology or business administration
- Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You have strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of IT systems and software licenses
- Knowledge in the areas of process automation, data analysis and reporting would be desirable
- Reliability and a high degree of initiative are among your strengths
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English round off your profile, German is a plus
