Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the integrity of sensitive documents.
-Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
-Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
-Oversee and manage office inventory, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
-Process expense reports and assist with budget preparation.
-Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
-Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and deadlines.
-Knowledge of the packaging industry and sales principles is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
