The EVAAS e-Learning Team is responsible for Storyboarding, script writing, and development of virtual training for K-12 educators. Our work brings learning to life and places data in the hands of educators to support student growth and school improvement. The work we do is fun, creative, collaborative, and demanding.
As an intern, you might:
- Provide support and organization on the scheduling and timing of e-learning development.
- Review and edit scripts and e-learning modules to provide feedback to developers.
- Learn new tools and technology skills in the field of e-learning development.
- Help organize files and resources to promote efficiency and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Type: Bachelor’s, Master’s
- Targeted majors: Instructional Design and Learning Technologies or related field
- Additional required skills/qualifications include:
- Quick to learn various forms of technology
- Attention to detail
- Passion for organization and instructional design and development
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Passion for collaboration and learning
- Familiarity with the ADDIE process
- Use of Microsoft suite applications
- Experience with audio/video editing software
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a K-12 public school
- Knowledge of EVAAS
- Fun, collaborative, and creative spirit
- Experience or exposure with:
- Camtasia
- Image capturing software
- E-Learning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline
- Experience or exposure with graphic design
Location
This internship will be a hybrid position based in Cary, NC, with the option to be fully remote.
Internship dates:
May 20 – August 8, 2025: Full-time during the Summer (35hr/week)
August 9 and onward: Part-Time during the school semester (15-20hr/week)

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
