SASCO is one of the largest privately held electrical and data contractors in the nation. SASCO has an immediate need for a  Marketing Coordinator  ( Administrator) - supporting Sales & Marketing  at our Fullerton, CA Corporate Office. This is a full time Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm position with occasional night and weekend events.

SASCO is looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Anchor with a keen attention to detail, advanced organizational skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities. Reporting to the head of Marketing, this position will have a main focus on prequalification submissions, asset scheduling, ticket management, event coordination, proposal coordination and supporting the marketing and sales team with day-to-day administrative duties. The nature of the work requires an individual who has flexibility, great interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with initiative, drive and the ability to work independently and with all levels of employees up to top management.

Job Duties :

  • Participate actively in the proposal process, including coordinating the collection of project specific information and developing proposal content and other requirements to meet established guidelines and target dates.
  • Sales report and customer database compiling and QA / QC
  • Assists in coordinating client, community and employee events  including sponsorships, golf tournaments, client entertainment, monthly lunch trucks etc.
  • Sales asset scheduling maintenance and ticket distribution and tracking.
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Marketing support including case studies, resumes, presentations, social media, invitations, etc.
  • Administrative support  for the department including : correspondence, filing, copying, expense reports, invoice processing, preparing materials for meetings, event scheduling, internet research, office supply ordering, travel coordination etc.
  • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the activities of various team members and to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with a “hands-on” and team-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated expert level experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Proven ability to adapt and master new business systems.
  • Graphic Design experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in desk-top publishing (Adobe In-Design, Illustrator) and CRM database management, is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in procedure, responsibility, or assignment.
  • Sales / Marketing in construction industry experience is highly desired.
