As an Exchange Coordinator, you are responsible for inspecting vehicles, completing the proper forms for the vehicles, and updating computer systems and spreadsheets.
Salary Overview:The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 8 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
Inspect vehicles daily.
Open new inspection logs on vehicles daily.
Complete inspection forms for every vehicle.
Complete claim forms when requested.
Complete refresh and repair forms when requested.
Run scheduling reports daily.
Pull vehicles for scheduled pick-up multiple times per day.
Match completed paperwork and key for every vehicle.
Distribute completed packets to the correct departments for every vehicle.
Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
1-year customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
