As a Key Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking engineering vehicle keys in and out, opening and closing vehicle shuttle moves, and conducting quarterly key audits.
Salary Overview:The pay rate for this role starts at $16 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
Key Desk Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Monitor the vehicle key check-out system by pulling and receiving keys.
Update appropriate computer software systems.
Conduct quarterly key audits.
Interact with GM clients, customers, and shuttle drivers.
Field questions and concerns.
Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Key Desk Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be customer service oriented.
Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be a reliable team player.
1-year customer service experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.
