Regional Lead Merchandiser - Local to Denver, CO

Must be willing and able to travel out of state

Regional Lead Retail Merchandiser (Multiple Locations)

Salary Range: $18.50/hr.

The Opportunity 

As a Regional Lead Merchandiser, you will work as the lead on a project from start to finish.  This includes coordinating and organizing client goals and standards through smooth planning and budgeting. Above all, the main responsibility of a Regional Lead Merchandiser is to make sure the SASR team, clients and customers are treated with respect, get the tools and information they need, and to finish on time and within budget. 

What You’ll Need:

• Resume with related work experience. 
• Retail supervisory experience (Minimum of 1 year required)  
• Retail merchandising experience (Minimum of 2 years required)  
• Travel is mandatory – the ability to travel 400 miles from your home location
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site (from home or hotel)
• Understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive and sometimes, duties can change with or without notice
• Strong sense of urgency and drive - mandatory for this position
• Experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and planograms. 
• Experience assembling various retail fixtures, such as gondolas, power wings, and end caps. 
• Great communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills 
• Basic merchandiser equipment and tools needed. 
• Must be familiar with various mobile reporting platforms.
• The ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time on concrete floors
• An ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Ability to ascend and descend ladder
• Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed
• Willing to work during times which include inclement and cold conditions.

What You’ll Do  

• Understand the client’s company policies and procedures and lead the team in following them as directed. 
• Create and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with procedures, such as wearing appropriate safety gear.  
• Monitor daily tasks and change course as needed for timely project completion. 
• Oversee associates who are engaged in completing planograms (POGS,) as well as supporting the store in fixture installation, stocking, maintaining a clean working environment.
• Perform admin tasks needed, such as taking photos of work, sending emails, while maintaining daily communications directly with the client.
