Summary

Sasseville Management LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter to join our team in Auburn. This full-time, year round position requires a self-starter who is punctual and capable of completing projects in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of painting experience as well as general maintenance knowledge. The role involves servicing 2 different apartment complexes in Auburn, making reliable transportation a necessity. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential painting services.

Responsibilities

• This full-time position requires a self-starter who is punctual and capable of completing projects in a timely manner
• The role involves servicing multiple properties in Auburn, making reliable transportation a necessity
• As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and touch-up work in common areas and vacant units
• This includes masking and prepping areas for paint, applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, as well as performing patching and texture matching on repairs and cleaning up afterward
• In addition to painting duties, you will also inspect properties for maintenance issues, safety hazards, and necessary repairs
• This role includes performing minor maintenance on plumbing, appliances, and carrying out basic carpentry tasks such as fixing doors and cabinets
• Effective communication with staff regarding maintenance issues and timelines for repairs is essential

Requirements

• Three years of painting experience required
• General maintenance experience is preferred
• Must be a self-starter and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
