Youll be responsible for ensuring alignment with federal policies and managing IT and cloud security efforts from inception to implementation.You will work closely with stakeholders to translate customer requirements, coordinate teams, and oversee projects that align with FedRAMP, RMF, and ATO processes. This position is perfect for someone with a blend of technical understanding, risk management expertise, and leadership skills.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage IT and cloud design, security, development, and systems engineering efforts from inception to implementation.Translate customer requirements into clear technical objectives and relay them effectively to the team.Oversee Federal A&A and ATO activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead cybersecurity engineering efforts, ensuring adherence to FedRAMP and RMF authorizations.Ensure alignment with Federal policies, processes, and standards throughout project execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Mitigate risks and proactively address challenges in cybersecurity and cloud security projects.Required Qualifications10 years of experience in project management with 5 years focused on cybersecurity and cloud security at a Government agency similar in size / scope to DoD or VA.Expertise in IT and Cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation efforts.Experience with Federal A&A and ATO activities.Knowledge of cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations (FedRAMP / RMF).Understanding of Federal policies, processes, and standards.Strong ability to communicate technical requirements and align team efforts with customer expectations.Minimum Education LevelBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.CertificationsWe'll need you to have one or more of the following certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP)Information Assurance Technician (IAT) IIIInformation Assurance Management (IAM) IIIInformation Assurance System Architects and Engineers (IASAE) IIIBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with up to 4% employer matchProfessional development opportunitiesUnlimited PTO
