Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic support to students with special needs, helping them achieve academic and social goals
- Assist students in meeting their Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to students’ strengths and needs
- Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with teachers, parents, and administrators as required
- Support students with academic tasks, social interactions, and study skills development
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages respect and understanding
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure consistent and transparent collaboration
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities related to special education
- Flexibility: Choose your hours based on availability, with options ranging from 4 to 40 hours per week
