Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of the electrical service team.
- Ensure service department goals align with company objectives and performance metrics.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Oversee dispatcher onboarding and provide continuous support to field operations.
- Evaluate team performance and conduct annual reviews with operations management.
- Analyze and share company reports with the team to drive improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a Green Card.
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with an Oregon General Journeyman License.
- Proven leadership experience in electrical service management.
- Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
Stable work history: No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years (exceptions for 1099 contract work).
