You will collaborate with teachers, staff, andfamilies to create and implement strategies that foster a supportive learning environment forevery child.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students with behavioral and emotional challenges. Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual studentneeds.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote consistency inbehavioral expectations. Use evidence-based strategies to teach and reinforce positive behavior and social skills. Document student progress and communicate regularly with the Student Support Team. Participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices in behavioralintervention.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience working with children in a school or therapeutic setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and interventions.
