K-5 Instructional Coach (Permanent position beginning 2025-2026 school year).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education
Minimum of five (5) years of professional teaching experience
Minimum of two (2) years experience as a successful leader in instruction, curriculum, and assessment
State Certification with a general Elementary Education endorsement (or Statement of Eligibility from applicable agency)
NH teaching certification as Reading and Writing Specialist and Elementary Math Specialist certification preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community
Applicants will be subjected to a criminal background check as required by state law
We are looking for a K-5 Instructional Coach to work with teachers and students in grades K-5, supporting standards-based instruction.
The focus for this position will be on providing academic intervention to students and providing coaching for certified staff in all elementary curricula. Qualified candidates will have an understanding of and experience with implementing best teaching practices, including training in structured literacy practices.
Qualified candidates will have curriculum expertise, experience with administering a range of universal and diagnostic assessments, and interpreting data from the assessments to inform instruction. The ideal candidate should be able to provide evidence of success in working with teachers and staff to support best teaching practices.
Additionally, applicants will be required to attend instructional coaching training in order to provide consultation and mentoring to classroom teachers. This position requires collaboration with building level and district administration.
