What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Sauer Health Care?
The Human Resources Manager administers bi-weekly payroll, quarterly PBJ submissions, benefits, recruitment and a variety of department reports. Provides general Business Office support and receptionist back up, or Administrator support based on facility needs. This position is responsible for effectively coordinating with other administrative professionals in order to comply with various state and federal regulations requirements. This position is responsible for keeping up on all employee and HR regulations.
- Education:
Associates in Human Resources, Accounting, or previous payroll, accounting or LTC administrative experience from and accredited college or university
- Experience:
2 year(s) preferred in Payroll Administration
2 year(s) preferred in Long Term Care
2 year(s) required in Microsoft excel proficiency- intermediate to advanced
