ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
· Greeting clients, visitors, and guests to determine the purpose of each person’s visit
and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes
items.
· Provides administrative support and assistance to the Southeast staff.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
· Assists with processing documents and data with internal and external stakeholders,
including banking, insurance and bonding organizations.
· Assist with compiling and organizing data for company reporting, meetings and
presentations.
· Maintain various logs and spreadsheets.
· Performs other related duties as assigned
· Perform all other Clerical duties as requested and assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and office administration.
· Ability to work independently.
EDUCATION AND EXPEIRENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
