Guest Service Coordinator - Part Time

Title: Guest Service Coordinator

Location: Sauna House - Greenville, SC

Pay: $17 / hour tip pool

Start Date: TBD – target late April / early May 2025

Job Type: Part-time up to 30 hours per week

Job Summary:

As a member of the Guest Service team at Sauna House, your primary focus is setting the stage for each guest to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience within our walls. You are kind, genuine, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the offerings at Sauna House and the benefits of hot and cold contrast therapies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests by creating and maintaining a welcoming and warm environment.

• Check guests in and out of the bathhouse, handling necessary intake information and billing.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings, providing accurate information about services and promotions.

• Understand, anticipate, and accommodate the needs of guests.

• Manage and create appointments to make efficient use of the bathhouse space.

• Restock and clean throughout the shift, using opening, closing, and in-shift checklists.

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

• Read, study, and learn about Sauna House’s offerings. Be confident speaking about the health benefits of sauna and cold therapy so you can share this information with our guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
