THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving support requests, curating our knowledge base, and leveraging various tools to troubleshoot and enhance user experiences. You will work directly with our users, gaining insights from their experiences to continually refine our support processes and improve the overall user journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Resolve critical user issues and design tools that facilitate the seamless deployment of ML models at scale.
- Own and enhance our Product Knowledge Base to ensure users have access to comprehensive resources.
- Collaborate closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex ML pipeline issues, encompassing data preprocessing to model serving.
- Assist users in optimizing ML model performance by working with technologies such as TensorRT for GPU acceleration.
- Become an authority in our open-source Truss library, contributing to its development and ensuring efficient packaging of diverse ML models for our users.
- Identify trends in user feedback to influence our product roadmap, especially related to ML model deployment and scaling features.
- Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, acting as both an engineer and a project manager, with a dedication to user understanding and effective execution.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in navigating ambiguity, making informed choices on tools and solutions while minimizing unnecessary complications.
- Exhibit pride and accountability in your work, fostering a similar spirit within the team.
