Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer service oriented, proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role will provide day-to-day technical support to over 150 end users, assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and manage IT-related inventory. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional commitment to providing friendly and prompt in-person as well as remote service, demonstrate a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, display excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to adapt in an continuously growing firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line prompt and friendly technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for approximately 200 end users throughout our multistate footprint, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with all new device setups (laptops and desktops) for new hires and existing employees.
- Manage email signature configurations through Opensense.
- Track and manage IT inventory, relative to printer supplies.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN issues.
- Support and troubleshoot basic user access and permissions within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain IT knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Assist with IT-related projects, system updates, and other technology improvements as needed.
- Adhere to strict investment industry compliance regulations as it related to cyber security.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networking, and security).
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT support issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Any relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
