- Manage customer orders and inventory systems.
- Assist customers via phone.
- Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Monitor emails for order updates.
- Enter and verify customer orders and railcar shipments.
- Ensure inbound/outbound inspections are complete.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Fax or scan Bills of Lading as needed.
- Monitor inventory against scheduled shipments.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to work overtime
- Professional collaboration with team members and customers
- Dependable attendance required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Commitment to working safely at all times
- Must be physically able to do the following:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Proficient with telephones, computers, and office equipment
- Capable of sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Able to walk long distances
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift 40 lbs
- Wear required PPE
- Work in the office within the refinery as a Logistics Coordinator
- Position may require some travel for training purposes
