Here is what you will be doing

• Daily load/unloading of materials to/from trailers and rail cars, understand and follow operating procedures and policies
• Learn to operate rail car loading systems and equipment, perform work safely and productively, cross-train on all functions at the facility, and perform general maintenance on equipment
• Enforce safety policies and procedures with other Team Members and visitors
• Assist with other duties within the facility (general maintenance, landscape upkeep, and painting)

Requirements of a successful Operator

• Forklift experience (2 years) required
• Heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Read, write, and understand English, High School Diploma or GED equivalent, basic math skills, computer skills (light data entry)
• Valid Driver's License
• Qualified candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check, a Pre-Employment Drug Screen , and a Physical

Here are some of the physical requirements for this role

• This position is outside in ALL weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures)
• Physically able to climb up and down rail equipment/ladders safely
• Willing to work with break bulk and dry bulk materials
• Can carry at least fifty (50) pounds
