What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage customer orders and inventory systems.
Assist customers via phone.
Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Monitor emails for order updates.
Enter and verify customer orders and railcar shipments.
Ensure inbound/outbound inspections are complete.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Fax or scan Bills of Lading as needed.
Monitor inventory against scheduled shipments.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to work overtime
Professional collaboration with team members and customers
Dependable attendance required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Must be physically able to do the following:
Ability to sit for extended periods
Proficient with telephones, computers, and office equipment
Capable of sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Able to walk long distances
Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift 40 lbs
Wear required PPE
Work in the office within the refinery as a Logistics Coordinator
Position may require some travel for training purposes
