Talent Acquisition Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support the recruiting process from start to finish, helping us find and hire great people. You’ll gain hands-on experience in human resources, work closely with candidates and hiring managers, and help create a smooth and positive candidate experience. These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Savage: Opportunities for Growth Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(K), profit sharing, and more Generous Paid Time Off policy (“PTO”) Hybrid work schedule Supportive team and hands-on training   What you will be doing Support full-cycle recruitment process Assist with high-volume interview coordination, communicating seamlessly with candidates and hiring teams ATS Superuser Managing the offer-to-hire process - issuing offer letters, background checks, and onboarding paperwork for the recruiting team Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and campus outreach   What we need from you A strong interest in HR, recruiting, or people operations Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional communication (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and other software Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment   Education/Experience 2 years’ experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or office support High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Bilingual or multilingual a plus   Physical requirement Work is sedentary in a field office environment Hybrid with intent to move to 100% in office Some overnight travel may be required
