Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and taking orders accurately, processing credits/refunds, and answering customer inquiries/complaints by both phone and Internet. You will also work closely with our Outside Sales Reps to grow customer accounts and perform as a team to meet company goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months prior experience, preferably in the food industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, typing, and Internet
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred)
