Job Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming calls and taking orders accurately;
- Processing credits/refunds;
- Answering customer inquiries/complaints by both phone and Internet;
- Developing a partnership with our Outside Sales Reps to grow customer accounts & perform as a team to meet company goals.
