The Opportunity
Savannah Age Management Medicine is looking for a part-time Clinical Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our clinic. You will play a crucial role in maintaining organization and providing exceptional service to our patients and team members. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, assisting with chart management, and supporting our team with various administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do
Phone and Communication Management
- Manage inbound patient communication through our customer service phone and text line.
- Direct patient inquiries to the appropriate team member or handle them directly.
- Monitor inbound patient leads to ensure questions are answers and appointments are booked where appropriate.
Scheduling & Patient Coordination
- Assist with appointment scheduling in the practice EMR.
- Outreach to patients to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Greet patients as they come into the clinic, ensure their paperwork is complete and process payments.
Administrative Support
- Prepare the patient's appointment handout for each visit.
- Coordinate patients charts for the upcoming week and scan charts from the previous week into the EMR.
- Assist with medication pick-ups for patients on specific programs.
- Maintain inventory of administrative supplies and support basic office organization.
Must-Haves in a Candidate
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role (healthcare setting preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, ideally previous experience with EMRs.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate professionally with patients.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, team-orientated environment.
Nice to Have
- A medical qualification such as Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant.
