Job Summary
The Coordinator of Administrative Services provides comprehensive administrative support to faculty, staff, and students. This role will oversee daily office functions, coordinate events, and maintain records to ensure efficient operations within the department. The Coordinator of Administrative Services acts as a central contact point for department inquiries and supports the college's educational mission by managing office logistics.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and activities of the Dean's Office
- Coordinate advertising and promotional materials for COE
- Manage the College files and confidential records, including those pertaining to recruitment, selection, course schedule evaluation, promotion, discipline, and separation of faculty and staff
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports that include data for the College and stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating activities sponsored by the Dean's Office such as planning/coordinating departmental events, meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up.
- Review faculty and staff travel authorizations and expense statements for approval
- Provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the College by phone, online, and in-person; performs general administrative and clerical tasks and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist faculty with course materials, manage meeting schedules, and support students with program-related inquiries.
- Handle scheduling, data entry, and supply management to support department operations.
- Track budgets, handle office expenditures, order supplies and equipment for the Dean's Office as well as maintains inventory records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
- Proficiency with office equipment, computers, database management software packages including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Proposed Salary
The proposed salary range is $46,500.00 to $48,500.00
