Job Summary: Facilitates and assists with all human resource processes including recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, compliance, policy, payroll, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Supports in the administration of the employee life cycle.
- Conducts daily recruitment activities, such as resume review, phone screenings, reference checks, interviews, offers, etc.
- Assists in the employee onboarding process by administering and completing paperwork, such as tax and form I-9, and conducting new hire orientation.
- Processes employee changes and terminations.
- Reconciles monthly billing statements against payroll deductions.
- Maintains employee files to be current with all documentation and confidentiality standards.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Runs bi-weekly payroll
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Assists with Employee Engagement, Surveys, and Focus group programs
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Education and Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Psychology, Education, Public Administration or Organizational Development.
- One to two years of general business or hospitality industry experience, preferable in a human resources office.
- SHRM-CP Certification desired.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
