Lead the Charge as Savant's East Coast Regional Director – Drive Growth and Inspire Success!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for shaping business growth and building high-performing teams? As Savant's East Coast Regional Director of Advisory, you'll be the driving force behind our success in the region. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing growth targets across the East Coast region. You'll design and execute cutting-edge strategies that elevate revenue and profitability, adjusting tactics to stay ahead of market trends. With a focus on growing our presence, you’ll launch innovative marketing campaigns, plan impactful promotional events, and spearhead advisor training programs that empower our teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a key representative of Savant, you’ll work closely with our business partners, leading cross-functional teams to implement seamless processes that enhance client acquisition and retention. You'll also be the go-to resource for our East Coast advisory teammates, providing guidance, resolving concerns, and ensuring their success.
The Regional Director (RD) can expect to focus in the following areas:

Owns the P&L of assigned teams

Provide leadership to a group of advisor teams

This is a full-time leadership position

Develops a regional organic growth strategy to achieve firm goals

Develops a strategy to improve client retention; monitors retention metrics across teams and resolves any issues

Partners with the Director of Client Service to ensure optimal service to advisors and clients
-
Achieves segmentation and utilization metrics
-
Accountable for appropriate team capacity allocation and planning
-
Develops staffing plans tailored to the regional needs and growth projections
-
Coaches team leaders and advisors on all areas of their practice
-
Facilitates cross-team collaboration and defining best practices with other RDs
-
Assists with sourcing and attracting advisory talent

Assists with sourcing M&A targets
-
Develops and organizes advisor retreats and events in their region
-
Provides support to advisors with sourcing and closing new client opportunities with advisors, when neede
A couple things to note about our Regional Director position in the East Coast Region:

Candidates must reside within the region. Travel throughout the region will be expected regularly, this is not a remote opportunity.

Current locations include: DC Metro area; Wellesley, MA; Pennsylvania locations; and Atlanta, GA

This is a full-time leadership position.

Qualifications
The Regional Director position typically requires the following qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field from an accredited college or university; master’s degree a plus.

10 years in the wealth management industry
-
5 years in a leadership role
-
CFP® (Certified Financial Planning) designation preferred
-
Knowledge of best practices for advisory teams and firms, including strategy, growth, human capital, operations, etc.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Tamarac, Office, MoneyGuide
-
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-
Aptitude in creative problem-solving
-
Experience determining the needs of partners and prospects through probing questions, offering solutions and asking for the right actions

Willingness and ability to travel

Team player with can-do attitude, flexibility, and desire to support the growth of advisors/teams/regions/fir
-
Not afraid to get into the weeds and roll-up sleeves mentality.
