Job Specifics:
This hybrid position combines the skillsets of a Process Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Data-Driven
Consultant. The individual will serve as an operational troubleshooter, data analyst, and strategic advisor, directly
supporting the COO and Chief Implementation Officer.


Responsibilities
Operational Research & Business Analysis

  • Act as the COO's deputy by visiting clinics, M&A targets, or other operational areas to research business processes and identify inefficiencies or opportunities.
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analysis, focusing on workflows, patient throughput, resource allocation, and
    revenue cycles.
  • Analyze key operational metrics and identify root causes of bottlenecks or performance gaps 


Data Analysis & Dashboard Development

  • Extract and analyze data using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support findings with quantitative evidence.
  • Build dashboards and automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) post-implementation of process
    improvements.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data sources are optimized for operational analysis.


Presentation & Strategy Development

  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to the COO, Chief Implementation Officer, and other senior leaders.
  • Develop detailed business cases for operational changes, supported by data and process maps.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop actionable strategies and track their implementation.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinic managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and process
    nuances.
  • Coordinate with the data engineering and IT teams to ensure analytics needs are aligned with infrastructure
    capabilities.
  • Support the transition of M&A targets into your organization by documenting processes and proposing operational
    improvements.


Process Mapping:

  • Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for documenting workflows.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Business Intelligence Development:
  • Ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports tailored to operational needs.


Strategic Thinking:

  • Ability to identify strategic priorities and align process improvements with organizational goals.


Communication:

  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex data and processes to leadership.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clinic and M&A target staff during on-site visits.


Problem Solving:

  • Analytical mindset for diagnosing root causes of operational challenges.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or business consulting roles.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, value-based care or clinical environments is not required. Alon prefers someone
    who has experience outside of healthcare who might be able to see “outside the box.”

  • Dashboards and KPIs: Operational dashboards to monitor clinic performance and M&A integrations.
  • Process Maps: Clear documentation of workflows before and after improvements.
  • Presentations: Concise, data-driven presentations for strategic leadership.

Compensation Expectations

  • Base Salary: $80,000- $120,000 annually (depending on experience and market rates).
  • Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses tied to successful process improvements or M&A integrations.
