Job Title: Software Training and Process Improvement Specialist
Location: Riverside, CA (must be willing to travel to ALL clinics within Riverside County and San Bernardino County)
Position Summary: Savas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into the role of Training and Process Improvement Specialist for our software. This is an internal promotion opportunity aimed at identifying a team member passionate about fostering operational excellence and empowering our clinics and customers through effective training and process optimization.
Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Savas clinics and new customers on our software.
- Ensure training programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs of users, including on-site, virtual, and self-paced learning options.
- Work closely with clinics to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to implement changes that enhance workflow and operational outcomes.
- Partner with software team to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Develop and maintain instructional videos, guides, and FAQs to support ongoing learning and software adoption.
- Stay updated on software updates and enhancements to ensure training materials and sessions remain relevant.
- Monitor the impact of training programs and process improvements, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a software training or support role
- Comfortable with technology, including software tools and platforms used for training and documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
