Job Description
We are seeking an advanced practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a member of our team, you will participate in developing, executing, monitoring, and adjusting comprehensive and coordinated care plans with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health through interviews, examinations, observations, and review of medical histories.
- Diagnose health conditions, order and interpret lab work and diagnostic studies following established protocols.
- Develop treatment plans that address dysfunction and disease while minimizing risk of further injury.
- Prescribe and dispense medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure and staff privileges.
- Employ evidence-based approaches to shared decision-making that respect the patient's preferences and social norms.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of California. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
Work Environment
Our clinic operates Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-$160,000 per year, as well as benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, employee assistance program, flexible schedule, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
