PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision or as a superintendent, preferably in commercial renovations, interior fit-outs, or hospitality projects.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work on time while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Experience with Procore (training available) and proficiency in maintaining detailed project documentation.
